Kyle Taylor

Chief of Staff

Kyle brings 20 years of experience in alternative investments, retail banking, fintech, government, politics, and philanthropy.

Prior to joining Obvious, Kyle spent nearly a decade at Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. At Bridgewater, Kyle managed operations for the Client Service department, which represents over 350 institutional clients, and previously was the Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer, where he oversaw a far-reaching organizational restructuring across the firm's investment teams.

Kyle also has extensive political and government experience. He served as a senior aide to Secretary Hillary Clinton, for whom he oversaw national operations and constituent relations for her 2016 presidential campaign, and was previously a member of then-Vice President Joe Biden's White House traveling staff.

Kyle received his M.B.A. from Webster University and holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Arkansas’s Walton School of Business. Kyle grew up in the Ozark Mountains of rural Arkansas but now calls West Marin home where he can usually be found in the woods or at the beach with his family. He is also a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical responder.
